Apple Health: Health data access is managed in the iOS Settings app under Privacy & Security → Health → Prep-IQ.
Camera (barcode): Barcode scanning uses the camera only when you choose that feature; you can change permission in Settings → Prep-IQ.
Deleting data: You can remove app data by deleting the app from your device, and adjust Health sharing as described above.
